Annapolis Extensions' Policies

Annapolis Extensions, LLC ("AE LLC") requires credit card information in order to book an appointment. AE LLC requires full payment for the cost of the extension hair prior to the initial installation. I understand and agree that the deposit is non-refundable and must be paid when the appointment is scheduled. I understand and agree that I will pay for the full cost of the hair that was quoted to me by AE LLC. I also understand that there may be a need to add additional hair, and will pay for that additional hair at the time of my service. I understand that the quoted amount of hair may not be fully used, any hair not used will be deducted from my final service amount. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services provided by AE LLC, which includes the cost of the hair.


AE LLC will send confirmation of each appointment 72 hours before the appointment. Due to the time spent with each client and that each appointment is specially tailored for the client, I agree and understand that appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected hourly cost ($250.00 an hour) to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of the scheduled service(100%) to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Charges are based on the hours booked and hourly cost for the scheduled service ($250.00 an hour). Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will not be able to receive the full service, will have to reschedule, and be considered a no-show. Further, clients will be charged for the amount of time booked, regardless of the time they arrive and the service received. New clients who completely cancel their appointment before 48 hours of the scheduled time, will be able to take home any products and/or hair purchased. There are no refunds for hair deposits and purchases.


Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Any disrespect to an employee or other clients of AE LLC will result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the appointment. Clients will be charged for the full time booked, and will not be allowed to return to the salon.


Release from Harm:
The coronavirus, COVID-19, a worldwide pandemic, is extremely contagious and is believed to spread from person-to-person contact. Federal, state, and local governments as well as federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. AE LLC has put into place certain protocols and other preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, I agree and understand that AE LLC cannot guarantee that I or any other member/employee of AE LLC will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting AE LLC could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I or a family member MAY be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting AE LLC and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.


I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at AE LLC may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, AELLC employees, agents, and staff. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself or my family member (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with AE LLC (“Claims”). I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AE LLC, its owners, members, employees, agents, landlord, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of AE LLC, its owners, members, employees, agents, landlord, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after my appointment. Further, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold AE LLC harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages I or my family sustains. I agree to be solely responsible for my safety and well-being of myself. I agree to comply with all rules imposed by AE LLC. I agree to always conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner according to the safety and general operating protocols outlined by AE LLC.
